In Person and Tele-psychiatry Services

Personalized mental health care for growth and clarity.

At CLR Mind Psychiatry, I take a personalized and thoughtful approach to mental health care. In our first session together, we’ll talk about what brought you in; whether it’s recent stress, ongoing symptoms, or challenges you’ve been carrying for a while. I’ll take time to understand your full story, including your mental health history, any past or current medical concerns, your family and social background, substance use, and any early life experiences that may still be affecting you today.

Once we’ve done a thorough evaluation and reviewed any available lab work or medical records, I’ll walk you through my diagnostic impressions. From there, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. This might include things like medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, or referrals to other specialists when needed.

Follow-up appointments are a chance for us to check in on how you’re doing and fine-tune your care. Shorter 30-minute sessions are typically focused on medication management, reviewing labs, and offering brief supportive therapy. If you’re looking for deeper work, longer 60-minute sessions allow us to dive into therapy, explore emotional patterns, and look more closely at your relationships and inner world.

My goal is to provide care that’s compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to who you are; not just your diagnosis.
