2022 Chateau de Beru 'Les vins d'Athenais' Bourgogne Blanc Roc Breia Harahorn Small Batch GinThe grapes are produced in the Yonne, in the town of Saint Bris, the vines are planted at an altitude of between 210 and 250 m. The plots are oriented East, South and South West. The soils are clay limestone from the Kimmeridgien. The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed into whole bunches according to a long and gentle cycle. Vinification and aging for 18 months in stainless steel vats without input.
