I do feel for the porcelain spaniel trapped in the storm, who looks a bit lonely but still hanging on to what looking like a little smile! I'm not sure the maker of this but believe it's got some age, 1940s or so I might guess. The globe is molded glass, with seams evident, with a brown glazed ceramic base. Once shaken,
