Mild creasing on the side edges

4 cm tear near the bottom of the left edge (note there is a small silver magnet holding this in place in my photo)

Browning/Brown spots of damp on and around both the left and right vertical fold lines (heaviest throughout the bottom half of the left vertical fold line)

back of the top horizontal fold line has browned (only really noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit)

Four tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge
