The 2015 Le Petit Mouton feels a little closed on the nose

shedding any monolithic tones you might expect of a wine of this depth and persistence

Of course there are tannins here

This brilliant wine is one of the best new breed Tuscan reds I have tasted

Te Mata, Coleraine Vintage:2015 Note that my predicted rangeThe oak is a little obvious on both nose and palate now, but there is plenty of concentration and depth to the dark fruit character. Rich and intense with some great spicy notes, there is enough acidity and depth for this to develop for a number of years.
