Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse with a white enameled disk, inscribed KREISSIEGER 1938, within a laurel leaf wreath, overlaid by an insignia in the form of a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel bearing a red and white enameled HJ diamond, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen, measuring 49. 20 mm (w) x
