CLR Mind offers psychiatry services and our doctors and clinicians prescribe the best medications to target specific conditions and symptoms. We do prescribe such as Xanax to treat certain cases of anxiety. In some cases, your provider may also require that you receive ADHD testing prior to receiving stimulant medication. This policy is in place to prevent the abuse of these medications and for public safety.

We receive many requests daily and each one is important to us. We understand a timely response is needed to ensure you receive high quality care. While we are able to reply to most requests the same day, please allow 1-2 business days for all replies. If you have requested paperwork to be completed, please note requests may take 5-7 business days for review and processing. If you need more immediate assistance, please visit your nearest emergency department or call 9-1-1. We do NOT offer any emergency services at CLR Mind. Thank you.

  1. Self-Pay: Most of the medications we prescribe cost about $10 per prescription. Sometimes, medication prices may be higher, and that’s why we use discount companies like GoodRx to ensure you get the best price.
  2. Insurance for Prescriptions: If you have insurance, we will write you a prescription and your insurance will cover the cost of your medication based on your benefits.

We do not accept insurance at this time. Each evaluation is $200 per visit. Each follow-up is $100.

We understand that sometimes life happens. When the unexpected happens, we ask that you let our office know right away so we can reschedule your appointment. You are able to cancel and reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice you will be charged our “no-show” fee of $250 for missed initial evaluation and $150 for missed follow up visits.
