For your convenience, our practitioners are available to meet with you virtually via a HIPAA-compliant connection. This allows you to access care from the comfort of your home.

Before Your Appointment:

For Telepsychiatry:

• You will receive a link to your session via text message or email once the provider is ready to meet with you.
• Simply click on the link and ensure that your microphone and camera are enabled on the device you are using.
• You must be connected to a secure internet network, and it’s important to verify that your camera and microphone are working properly.

Appointment Setup:

• Please be ready and available at the scheduled time, seated in front of your device with the camera and microphone on.
• As with an in-person visit, there may be a brief wait for the provider to become available.

Required Documents:

For In-Person and Telepsychiatry:

• Please have a valid ID/driver’s license and your insurance card available for your first appointment.
• Co-pays, deductibles, and self-payments will be collected at the time of service.
